Return Period
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
This return policy is a commercial policy and does not affect any mandatory consumer rights applicable in the customer’s country of residence, including Canada.

Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased during sales or promotional events are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
This condition is clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
In such cases, Maison Montreal will offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, approved refunds will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
